About the CNC Router
The Z-Modular CNC Router is the workhorse of a modern modular furniture shop. A cast steel structure, Taiwan-made linear rails and a German ball screw hold repeat positioning to ±0.02 mm cut after cut, so nested cabinet parts come off the bed square and ready for edge banding.
It carves wooden doors, cabinet shutters, wave plates, badges, signage and light 3D relief work. The DSP handset lets an operator load a job, jog to zero and start cutting without a dedicated PC at the machine, and the controller can re-carve from the point of interruption after a power failure.
