Everything after the machine arrives
A machine is only as good as the day it stops working. These are the services we run around the products we sell — and around the machines already on your floor.
Machine Sales & Selection
We start from your panel size, daily output and available power, then recommend the machine sequence that gets you there — not the longest quotation. Where a used or entry-level machine is the right answer for now, we will say so.
Installation & Commissioning
Delivery, positioning, levelling, electrical and pneumatic connection, blade and cutter setting, trial cutting on your own material, and operator training before we hand over.
Breakdown Service & Repairs
Mechanical overhaul, electrical fault finding, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs on woodworking, panel processing and pneumatic machinery — including machines we did not supply.
AMC Maintenance Contracts
Scheduled preventive maintenance visits: guideway cleaning and lubrication, blade and cutter alignment, pneumatic line checks, glue pot servicing and electrical inspection, with a written report each visit.
Spare Parts
Blades, scoring blades, boring bits, trimming cutters, glue pot spares, filter bags, cylinders, valves, bearings and belts for the machines in our range, stocked in Mumbai.
Retrofits, Rebuilds & Relocation
Adding a scoring unit, replacing a controller, rebuilding a worn slide, or shifting an entire workshop to a new premises and re-commissioning it there.
Preventive maintenance, on a schedule you can plan production around
- Machine audit. We list every machine on your floor, its condition and its service history.
- Contract scope. Visit frequency, covered items, consumables and response time for breakdowns are agreed in writing.
- Scheduled visits. Our engineer attends on the agreed cycle, works to a checklist and leaves a signed report.
- Priority breakdown cover. AMC customers are attended ahead of the general queue, with common spares carried on the visit.
