About the Post Forming Machine
Post forming produces the seamless rolled edge you see on a good kitchen counter or a profiled shutter: the laminate is heated and wrapped continuously around the shaped board edge, with no visible joint line and no separate edge strip to lift later.
A hard chrome coated pressure bar carrying the heating element is stabilised by eight pneumatic cylinders, with the work piece held by three further cylinders and extra adjustable supports for wide panels. Both manual and automatic modes run from an aesthetically laid out, operator friendly control panel.
