About the Manual Edge Bander
Manual edge bander machines apply edging to the raw edge of a panel and can create the edge with prior correction and rounding of the edge itself. They are the practical answer for curved panels, one-off sizes and repair work that an automatic through-feed machine cannot economically handle.
The EB Z+7 is built for the workshop that is starting out in modular furniture: it takes little floor space, runs on ordinary single phase supply and pays for itself quickly against outsourcing edge work.

Key features
- Bands straight and curved edges alike
- Applies PVC, ABS and veneer tape from a roll or in strips
- Trimming and rounding of the applied edge on the same table
- Small footprint suited to compact workshops and site work
- Fast heat-up glue unit with temperature control
